  • You probably won't grow much if at all. Embrace your stature. Don't let it get you down. There is nothing wrong with being that tall.
  • If your parents and siblings are significantly taller than you, then I would ask your family physician for a referral to an endocrinologist (a hormone specialist). It may be that your adrenal glands are not excreting enough growth hormone and this can be supplemented. If, however, your family or several members of it are also shorter than average, then it is genetic...and you will always be petite. Guys like petite girls, you know.
  • u probely wont but my grandma grew till she was 21 but u never know good luck
  • Unless your parents are tall, then you probably won't grow much more. Girls tend to stop growing by 17 or 18. I am 5'8" and there are pros and cons to being short just like there are to being tall. :-)

  • Sorry to tell you, but the chances you will gain much height are not very good. An orthopedic doctor can take an x-ray of your bones and give you an answer on how much if any you might grow more. There is a growth hormone that some people take to grow taller, but if your bone growth is done, it is done. You may have been lacking in some of this hormone during your growing period, but I doubt if anyone can tell you that at this point. I have a M.D. friend who is 4'11" and she is a real character and popular woman. It hasn't stopped her, probably urged her onward instead. You are a Mighty Mite!!
  • i heard guys grow till theyre 21, im 18 and i think ive stopped tho, or slowed down at least
  • I think it's possible for a little more growth but I wouldn't count on it. My question is why do you care? I myself love short girls...You are adorable I am sure so enjoy it. You are who you are and anyone that has a problem with it isn't worth your time.
  • At your age, it's doubtful that you will grow any taller. I hate to burst your bubble. However, I'm at your height and although being short presents its own unique challenges, it's not the end of the world.
  • Your best chance of growing tall, or reaching your maximum height potential is by eating lots of high nutrition foods, fruit, vegetables, and protein (like fish). If you are girl there's a chance you are done growing but you never know. The bones of teenagers don't solidify until early twenties. (This is how forensics know if human remains were adults or youth.) Also, get an inverter to keep your back stretched out. Always use it for 5 to 10 minutes a day. You will then never lose the height you do have especially if you start young. Go to http://www.amazingbrainsecrets.com for other good information regarding good health.
  • If you want to be taller just set that goal. Don’t think bad thoughts that you will forever be short just set your head into believing you’ll grow, believe me it works. The mind has not limit when used properly. Don’t try those things that stretch you out, they just pop your joints, and don’t try steroids they won’t work. l’ m 24 and i am 6’0 , my father 5’7 and mum 5’4. l was the same height as my father 8 months ago and l was always told that l would not grow over 5’7 , the height can’t be controlled , height was determined by your genetic ,inheritance etc. i was really fed up with these narrow- minded people around me and l hit the road for a solution. l have researched books , doctors and internet high and low for increasing height, and tried many growth boosters. • im 5ft 3in, and im now 22 and still waiting to grow! My dad, 2 bros are mega tall but all my 3 sisters and mum are small. Small things come in (The best) packages
  • Weight-bearing exercise and impact loading stimulate bone growth. Generally, three 20 to 30 minute sessions a week are sufficient. If you can and want to do more, go for it! Activities such as walking, running, aerobics or climbing stairs are also excellent forms of exercise to aid in bone growth. You should incorporate calcium rich foods into your diet as much as possible. Dairy products and calcium-fortified foods as mentioned earlier are great choices. Try to get between 1,000 and 1,500 milligrams a day. Do not shy away from dairy products because of the fat content. We now can purchase just about any dairy product available in a low/non-fat version. Milk, yogurt, cottage cheese, cheese all come in low-fat or non-fat varieties. Consider vitamin K. This vitamin switches on a bone-building protein called osteocalcin. Experts say 100 micrograms (mcg) a day may be best for bones. Food sources include spinach, Brussels sprouts, roccoli, asparagus, cabbage, coleslaw and collard greens. Stop smoking. Smoking increases your risk because it accelerates the metabolism of estrogen, making less available to stimulate bone growth. Eat cereals fortified with vitamin D. For your body to absorb and deposit the calcium you get from food, you need vitamin D. The supplement option. There is always the supplement choice! http://www.sato-growth.com and http://www.bestsato.com l have tried this and it works. ( for adults l suggest 8 month or pro versions) Set a time to take that supplement! Plan to take your product at a specific time each day to make taking it a habit.
