I have a Mitsubishi HS-U410 Hi-Fi VCR and I lost the instructions. How do I change from SP to SLP or EP Mode ?

- If you are recording manually, select the recording speed you want from the button on the remote marked "SP/EP" or "SP/SLP". - If you are programming a recording time, the tape speed will appear as an option when you program the VCR. You may be able to download a copy of the user manual at the manufacturer's web site.

Press the Audio/Video button on the remote a few times until you get the record speed option. Once their press adjust. First I was looking for an answer online just like you. I gave up, but fortunately after some searching I was able to find my manual.
