    You have too many programs installed on your PC. Try removing some things you no longer use and retry the installation of norton AV

    Who would put Norton antivirus on their computer anyway? It takes over your computer not allowing you access to many normal items and destroys others. It can also lock up your computer or make it crash. I quit using norton years ago and will not allow it near my computers.
