  • Total rubbish, bin em.
  • I think that the people who send those things a mindlss morons, and the people who take notice of them are even wrse! What are thet supposed to achieve anyway?
  • Craptastic.
  • They are very annoying.
  • i think they are lame
  • They are interesting to read, once. But when I get 5 of them, they annoy the hell out of me.
  • I think they're idiotic and it makes me think less of people when they send them on to me. It particularly annoys me when I'm sent ones saying 'if you don't send this on a member of your family will die'. It's bordering on threatening (stupidly I know but still) and all to try and get someone to send on a stupid pointless message.
  • OH! I DETEST THOSE! I mean to think that people actually have hope, clinging onto each forward, that their wishes would come true. Even if it did... something good was bound to happen as a coincidence (perpetuating this mess of... letters). Argh!!!
  • I thought they were cute and fun when I was a kid. Back then you had to write it all out. Now, there all this email chain letter click forward and annoy your entire address list! ARRGH! As fas I do I think that they are going to accually make the love of your life talk to you?? Unfortunatly, it is highly doubtful.
  • Not only do I not like them, I go so far as to tell the senders that if they continue to send me stuff like that, their email address will be blacklisted and I will politely ask them to remove my address from their list. It's tough love to be sure, but sometimes it's the only way to get the point across. We didn't sign up for email so that we could enjoy more junk mail.
  • Think they're retarted, plus I have a suspicion that they might be a way for advertisers to collect email adresses for spamming purposes.
  • I think that's why I blocked my mother-in-law's email address. She was sending at least 5 a day, even after I asked her politely and repeatedly to stop - she just started sending the "good" ones. poo.
  • ILLEGAL!!!!! and annoying.
  • I think it's the dumbest thing ever come up with. I hate them and I never send them. And please do not send them to me.
  • I Hate them. What a waste of time, energy and megabytes!
  • they are a waste of paper, and waste of bandwidth. Anyone who sends me chain-letter or those stupid survey things to my email or facebook mail or w/e immediately get's blocked. I don't care if they are a friend or not. When they learn their lesson I unblock them. this is one of the reasons I deleted my myspace page. I could not get away from this kind of mindless crap.
  • I hate them
  • Its a bunch of rubbish i hate when i get the chains i always break them i have never send one of those its a waste of time.
  • I think the letters are full of crap lol :)
  • I think they are a bunch of baloney created by someone who is bored.
  • I think they are retarded and annoying and I wish people would just F*CKING STOP ALREADY!
  • hate'em
  • Boring in most cases. However there are messages you would like to share with your friends.
  • Balderdash
  • there a waste of time and they dont work. But getting emails are nice.
  • I move on , I don't like them at all - If it comes in the mail , I trash them
  • those kinds of emails are exactly what the delete button was created for!!
  • They are a waste of internet traffic.
  • I hate them. What a waste of my time. Like anything will happen from some fartetched letter than is sent to my inbox. Sounds like paranoia or people with a lot of free time on their hands.
  • Moronic, moronic and moronic.
  • I don't even read them. I just delete them.
  • They show how dumb people are seriously they think their mum is going to die just because of a bit of data?? I also hate the way people are dumb enough to believe they have to put them on every single YouTube video on the net. Just say NO!
  • 1) I am the weakest link... 2) "A typical chain letter consists of a message that attempts to induce the recipient to make a number of copies of the letter and then pass them on to one or more new recipients. A chain letter can be considered a type of meme. Common methods used in chain letters include emotionally manipulative stories, get-rich-quick pyramid schemes, and the exploitation of superstition to threaten the recipient with bad luck or even physical violence or death if he or she "breaks the chain" and refuses to adhere to the conditions set out in the letter. Chain letters are capable of evolution, generally improving their ability to convince their hosts to replicate them over time. This sometimes occurs through deliberate modification of the chain letter by a recipient, or sometimes through purely accidental imperfect copying. Although no state or federal laws currently exist banning chain letters; they are viewed as a general nuisance as that frequently multiplying letters clog up the postal system and do not function as correspondence mail, but rather, a game. Some colleges and military bases have passed regulations stating that in the private mail of college students and military personnel, respectively, chain letters are not authorized and will be thrown out. However, it is often difficult to tell chain letters from genuine correspondence." Source and further information: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chain_letters
  • They all end with me. I refuse to send the stupid things on to pester someone esle.
  • A superstitious waste of time.
  • I hate chain letters, there's no reason for them, some may be fun, but the dumb ones like the one mentioned are just clutter.
  • Why why why do some of my friends DO THIS?!!! It is so annoying. The majority of the world knows it's BS. I'm SURE they now it's BS! Why do they still DO THIS? Oh wait... answers. Right, answers. Umm.. I hate it.
  • Marketing firms hire specialized marketing firms to create chain letters that feed on patriotism, sympathy, guilt & religion. Using imagery and usually totally concocted stories of woe they ask the recipient to please send this on (if you love America, If you don't want a little girl to die, or if you're a "real" Christian). So people do and all these email address and any personal information is gathered and sold to the marketing firm who in turn sales it to corporations. These corporations then use this info for junk mail and other unsolicited crap. So if you're a real Christian American who doesn't want little Amy to die before she signs a petition to keep "In God we trust" on our currency and you want to use your first amendment rights to say no to junk mail then you should send this message of truth on to everyone you know!
  • I just find them annoying.
  • I find them annoying, cause now i have to invite 10 people! haha
  • It's just a crap, I don't know how people take time to create such emails.. knowing it is not going to do any good to anybody. Let go the creator.. what about our friends who blindly forward such emails, are they too wasted? I wrote back to all my friends, asking them not to send me any such mails again. Thanks it worked.
  • I think they're completely annoying and bothersome, like lets just say the name of the thing looks important, then you look at it and it's just some random BS.
  • Yes their pretty annoying i only like those ones that actually show you something, like pictures and stuff
