There exists a man inside an insane asylum. The slightest, most random things cause him to go berserk and as a result the door is chained and padlocked. It is a very old chain, worn with age, and one night the padlock puts too much strain on the chain and it breaks. The insane man escapes in the dark of night. As he is walking down the street, the church chimes its hourly tune. The insane man goes completely out of control and runs into the backyard of someone who just happens to own five pittbulls. His screams are cut short before the chiming stops.
