I didn't realize she did/will. As talk shows go, it was relatively smart, so that aspect of the loss is sad. OTOH, if she's tired of the daily talk show grind, she should pursue what interests her. With all the money she's made, maybe she'll produce some Oprah-like talk shows with somebody else handling the hostess activities.
