How long can you let an Egg McMuffin sit at room temperature without it going bad? I bought it 4 hours ago, is it still ok to eat?

I would say it's fine for 24 hours or so, then I'd give it a deeper sniff.

Yes, it is fine, but by the time you get this answer you may die of food poisoning. If you have it out for longer than a few hours, I would put it in the fridge and then reheat.

The fact that it's an egg mcmuffin ..it probly was bad right off the assembly line!

They state that the outer limit of safety for cooked ready-to-eat food like the Egg McMuffin without refrigeration is 4 hours. So you're right at the borderline.
