  • Aren't judicial decisions a matter of public record? Seems to me that if people really wanted to keep abreast of these things they'd get off their lazy butts and research the info instead of having everything handed to them on a silver platter. Some proceedings are recorded or televised. They're regularly reported on. But I'd hate to see the judiciary become a source of idle entertainment, which is what would happen if we had a television camera in every courtroom..
