you get three ten minute breaks, and a five minute washup at the end of shift. plus unsupervised visits to the bathroom periodically not to be abused.

Seven hours is still considered partime. it is probably done this way to avoid giving out certain benefits to partime employees and to save the company money. Eight hour employees receive a fifteen minute break in the morning and afternoon. and, a 30 minute break for lunch. I am not aware of specifics for partime employees. There are not many as required by law.
