Here are the complete lyrics to "THE OTHER SIDE" by Sirenia: There’s a light and a darkened road There’s a night and a fading hope There was a dream that once was mine But now it seems it has passed with time Sail away my little sister Sail away to the other side Sail away my little sister Sail away far into the night Where times seems much better Than this void called life There’s a voice inside my head There was a hope, now now long since dead It’s all a wonder, will I abide I hear you calling from the other side Source: http://www.lyricstime.com/sirenia-the-other-side-lyrics.html I don't see any latin words in them, do you? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njPWBTIv9qw +5

It seems that nobody found this out yet, and the Band (actually around Morten Veland) does not give any information about it. "911991911991 (5 days ago) this music should have more parts like 2:30~2:52....am i wrong? ='C Neoplasie1900 (5 days ago) 0 Reply | Spam You're totally right! oosoulieoo (5 days ago) 0 Reply | Spam i think your absolutly right :P i love parts like those in musics" "Does anyone know what the chorus is singing? (2:30 - 2:52) I just love it. *.*" "I agree, really dig the tune until the bridge with the monk chants" "what is the meaning of the song? like she says sail away my little sister, why?" "From the lyrics it seems like she is refering to an old Viking funeral custom of sending a maiden along with dead royalty on a funeral ship. But from the video it seems like she may be refering to Greek mythology and Charon the ferryman, and sending the dead across the river styx. Just my theory by the way." "Somebody knows what says the choir? becouse there isn't place that have the whole lyrics...and i wanna do this song, but i don't know what says!!!" "I said: the Choir, not the Chorus. The Choir that sings in Latin." "Anyone have lyrics for the Latin part? Also, I'm looking for bands like this that use Latin chorus, but I keep getting "Latin" music that's just Latino. Entirely irrelevant. Anyone have some suggestions? GeneralArrow (1 year ago) -2 Reply | Spam Try the website pandora and creati a station for Sirenia it should help. PinkZeppelin65 (1 year ago) +1 Reply | Spam Well, there are not any bands that use lating words only. You should try the ones which have symphonic/gothic/mystic concept, some parts of their songs are in Latin, but not too much, though. Such bands are Epica, Tristania, Sirenia and some related bands. According to your taste, you might like new age music too. Try to search for some new age bands and composers as well, they often use antic languages and mythology in theis songs" "what is the group that sounds like a choir saying?..looked up lyrics it doesnt say..... it starts at 2:30" Source and further information: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njPWBTIv9qw ############################## Here some other Sirenia choirs: "anyone knows where i could get the choirs' lyrics. i've been searching the internets and i found nothing :(" "there is no way to get the chor lyrics, i even wrote to the band themself, they are not answering" "I think most of all they are in latin." Source and further information: Sirenia - Choirs Of The 13th Floor http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VqmMj3EDorU "Tristania forums have figured out a lot (if not all) of the latin/choir parts that aren't in the booklets!" http://z15.invisionfree.com/FMB/index.php?showtopic=848
