  • Just make sure you're untraceable. But i think not,if there's no threat such as "i'll kill you".
  • Illegal im not sure but its not worth it, letters like that dont mean anything to most people they are just words people dont care!!!! just not worth it, i know it gets how you are feeling off your chest but honestly in the long run it wont make you feel any better and you wouldnt get a response to it! if it makes you feel better write it, read it and then throw it away!
  • As long as you don't threatened to harm, kill, injure anyone, I think you're ok. Anybody can be traced if some police agency wanted to locate you.
  • Highly unlikely. But, certainly you are breaking a law - distributing obscene material, unsolicited, through a federal system such as the USPS - it might even be felonious. The hassle of finding you, charging you, and then being able to prove it really was you just wouldn't be worth it to most people. What I would do is send the person you're pissed at a singing telegram - like "Uncle Fucker" from the South Park movie. If it's one time, it's probably not going to constitute harassment, plus you're not using a government system.
  • They probably recieve 1,000's of hate mail per day. They will add you to a communist list, then take photos of you to put on file.
  • They may never ever respond!
  • You sound very angry and you must have good reasons but when you resort to basic expressions you lose your power. Why not write a good letter explaining what has happened and how it has made you feel and find the name of a particular person who can take accountability? That way you're more likely to get a response, an explanation or even an apology. Language is a powerful tool when used properly. Try to put your feelings of hatred to one side and tackle this issue seriously.
  • you will definately be put on a watch list, it will inhibit travel and complicate things at the very least
