I like making up a cracker platter when I feel like snacking. I make a variety: some cheese and tomato, some avocado and tomato, some just butter, some cottage cheese, and some with roast beef on them. I sit down to snack and by the time I get to the second one the kids have usually eaten half of what I put out!
