another exagerated statement with no reference to what he is talking about. Detroit is the auto city. And you know what is happening to the Big Three car makers. Massive unemployment. The Chinese will buy them out, you wait and see. They will make electric cars and make the batteries in China, just to export as much lead as they can. Detroit is on the river and Canada is across the river. And big ships go up and down that river to Chicago. Its the city. Shanghai looks like the landscape of another planet. Where are the antigravity vehicles.

No. Detroit is certainly not the cleanest, prettiest city on the planet...but it's come a long way recently with the casino development. I don't live in the city but I do go downtown on occasion for hockey games and such. Maybe if these celebrities used their 'power' for good instead of bashing the city it could have a respectful come back.

not just parts. but all of detroit looks like it should be in africa or the former soviet union. that place looks like shit. run down buildings, broken windows, shitty houses. the city in general is disgusting, their citizens act like wild animals. thats why its got one of the highest crime rates around. the only reason detroit is on the map is the automakers. and we all know whats going on with them!!! its a relection of the city. shitty, run down, needs to go, get rid of it. i couldnt care less if detroit and the auto makers fell off the face of the earth. the only halfway descent thing to come out of detroit is the red wings and icp. and even icp has sucked the last 10 years.

some parts yes, and it is not the City of Detorit either, but if you go up North near the Sleeing Bear dunes it kind of looks like the planet Tatione form Star Wars. or Piture Rocks there it looks like the White Cliffs of Dover. (just beatiful.

LMAO. Yes. With all the abandoned houses, buildings, whole blocks with nothing on them, garbage strewn everywhere. It is a frightening place.
-
Yes, or at least the parts that I saw 9 years ago. Another planet, another 'culture', a civilization going to seed.
