Yes, I've gotten myself lost a number of times in certain video games. Where are the maps when you need them :(

If you're on a holodeck and you feel lost in its program-world, you could say, "Computer, summon 3-D map and mark my position as the green beacon on it." Once you do that, and you wanted to go to a certain place, you could say, "Computer, point me to my destination. Use all shortcuts so show me the shortest possible way to get there." Then arrows will appear above your head, telling you where to turn and what-not. If an option, you could also say, "Computer, teleport me to (name of destination.)" Finally, if you wanted to leave the holodeck, you would just say, "Computer, summon the exit door!" and a doorway back to reality would appear on a wall, or a door would turn into the exit-way if nearby. If you're on a plains with no wall nearby, a trap door would appear and you would walk down some stairs and right out the Holodeck's door. Therefore, when you get lost on a Holodeck simulation, you really aren't. Thus, it's not possible to get lost here.
