  • I am positive that it is the firewall in your router that is causing this issue. If you want to confirm this simply hook one computer up to your modem with out the router. You may have to unplug the power to your modem and plug it in after the router is bypassed so the modem knows a different device is hooked up to it, also bee sure that the power to your router is unplugged so it is not trying to send a signal to your computers. If with a direct connection you are able to get online you will either want to call your routers tech support or consult there website which should have a help section on it.
