I'm going to go with the trombone. Me playing it probably has something to do with it, but I think it's got an interesting tone quality and doesn't sound like any other brass instrument (if played by a professional, because young players will sound different of course) It has a wide range of notes and I personally think more people should look into it since there arn't many people who play it (compared to other instruments.)

Harpsy Chord. Remember the theme song from the movie Love Story? this is the musical instrument i love. its like a piano, only two thirds the size and at at higher pitch.

the guitar. it can be played in so many ways, strummed, plucked, classical, rock, acoustic, amplfied. It can sound harsh and loud, or sweet as sweet. Listen to Carlos Santana play something like "Smooth" or Mason Williams "Classical Gas" or Guess Who's "American Woman". All different, but all magnificent.

flute. i just love the tone of it. so light and airy, yet the lower notes are so rich and warm. also piano, because there's so many chords you can make with just one instrument. it's not as cold and hard and harsh sounding as an organ. and it's so versatile, it play so many styles and genres of music.

bass clarinet! that, and bari sax (i love our jazz ensemble). but i've always dreamed about learning the cello, as well... favorite is definitely bass clarinet. and for cello lovers, pull up a search engine and find the cello concerto in e minor, op. 85, by edward elgar. you may have heard it in the movie 'august rush.'
