Only a couple of weeks ago, actually was making deviled eggs but I will usually eat one just freshly boiled with salt.

I boil 12-18 at a time each week. One of my kids won't eat meat, so it's a great source of lean protein for her.

I eat boiled eggs at least 3 mornings a week with a bit of butter, salt and pepper. Goes great with tomato slices and toast.
