8 hours unless you did not had lunch (which will make it 7 hours, from a usual 1-hr lunch). Also, if you did not go round the clock like 8AM today and you went off 4PM the next day. that would be 32 hours without lunch)

8 hours unless you took the required minimum half hour break, or the optional 1 hour break, which would then be either 7 or 7.5 hours. Technically if your company is following labor laws you also got 2 paid 10 minute breaks, so you could consider them as well even though you got paid for them and so you might have worked 7, 7.5 or 7.3 hours. Unless of course you took no breaks and then again that would be 8 hours.

Four till noon. Four after noon. Eight hours. UNLESS, of course you took 10 minute breaks (morning and afternoon) and at least 1/2 hour lunch. That would mean 7-1/4 to 7-1/2 hours.
