  • no, you're still a virgin, you will always be a virgin until you actually physicaly have sex, fingering and oral sex do not count.
  • I don't know how this could have happened. I would be very surprised if this were a real question. I cannot figure out how in the world a finger, or two or three, could do that. That requires kind of a lot of force. If this question is real, I think you have the right to choose for yourself if you want to consider yourself a virgin or not. You did not have sex...so, technically, you are a virgin.
  • No your still a virgin, you didnt accually have intercourse.
  • Yup you're still a virgin, only when you'll have penetrative intercourse will you not be one anymore. You can tear your hymen pretty easily actually, by exercising, riding horses, even with tampons.
  • If you got your cherry popped.... by fingers TECHNICALLY you got devirginized... However since you have never had a penis inside you you can claim to be a virgin...
  • This is a gray area. In your question you refer to "someone"...guy, girl? It's a lot easier to say you're a virgin if you were with a guy and his penis did not penetrate. If it was a girl, and you consider yourself a lesbian, then I'd say that you had lost your virginity (otherwise one could say that I've been having sex for the last 11 years, but am still a virgin -- neat trick!).
  • Yes, you're still a virgin.
  • I don't think Virgin/Non-Virgin will be on a lot of applications that you fill out. You can tell this situation to the first man who penetrates you with his penis and then you will be without any doubt, a non-virgin.
  • Yes and it's a cheap demeaning way to lose your virginity.
  • Technically, the seal on your love chamber has been broken. In my book, that means your virginity is gone.
  • Your still a virgin when it comes to innercourse. Best thing to do is to tell him what happened. Maybe hell believe you, maybe not.
  • I lost my hymen when I was 12 (martial arts), and didn't have sex for another year or so. So yes. Virginity is lost when you have sex for the first time. It doesn't have to be penetrative sex (as a lot of lesbians have never had sex with men). I wouldn't consider fingering to be sex for the purposes of virginity.
  • Fact from fiction, truth from diction. To be an actual virgin is to not have had sexual contact. Those who are buggered or oraled still have their virginity but they are not virgins. Many people mistake the two as one, like mistakining smarts and wisdon, they are not the same. So while you can be a technical virgin having never been penetrated, you lost it by having sexual contact. And believe you me, it is sexual contact. Had it been done to you against your will it would have been illegal and the person charged with some dort of sex crime.
