did you know in medieval times pale skinned women were seen as upper-class rich and very attractive? has nothing to do with the question i know, but its pretty cool to know. i have a friend that likes pale women as well. Back in Hawaii, a nicely tanned girl with sun burnt hair was the standard for beauty. However, many Asian cultures like China and Japan, pale, white, porcelain-like almost translucent skin was considered to be most beautiful.

I like women with pale complexions, especially Asian women with pale complexions. I don't understand why people like to go out in the sun in the summer and try to darken themselves up. I have a natural "tan" and avoid the sun at all costs to avoid getting darker. It only takes about twenty minutes under the hot sun before I'm a shade darker. My two little girls are very pale, and they burn easily in the summer, and people always think it's weird that we put hats on them and hold an umbrella over their heads on hot sunny days. Lol.

Go back a lot of years, to the red indian days. Pale faces talk with forked tongue. Read between the lines, the indians were taking notice of these pale faces, forget their tongues. Now, if you were to date a pale face and walked her home, there might be some randy indians who had had their eye on her for awhile. You get one hell of a fright when six reddies pop out brandishing their credit cards, so much so, that you don't want to go out with anymore pale women. Hope this answers your question.

I think extremely pale women are beyond attractive! Especially if you combine red lips, dark hair and pale skin...now that's a winning combination. Maybe with the popularity of vampires in "Twilight" this pale look will be chic. And if you think about it, the sun is very damaging, very bad for your skin. Pale skin means it's been undamaged by the ravages of the sun. So you have good instincts. Then again, what do I know...you asked "if you were the only man who found pale women attractive?"

Good to know a guy finds pale women attractive......but been told it makes one (me for instance) look unhealthy. But something I can't help...and won't ruin my skin to get a tan...and to regret it years down the road.

All I can say is, I’m glad there are men out there that like pale women, because I damage my skin for no one. For the most part, these things go in and out of fashion, just like body shape/weight, clothes, shoes, ect. For a while there, the idle waste size was about as large as a grape fruit and women had to wear torture devices for years to train them down to that size. (Thus all the fainting they were doing. It’s hard to breath in a corset!) In the old days, pale skin signified that a woman came from a well to do family. She didn’t have to go outside and work in the sun. Now, it’s a sign of money to have a tan. It means you can afford to take off from work and go outside and play. ;-)

Certainly not alone :) My guy hates the tanned look, love the pale/creamy/porcelin look. I used to dislike my paleness but have grown to love it.
