  • No. Because I'm only attracted to white people... Honestly. And it's not because I'm racist. It's just my preference.
  • Do you mean the human race?
  • Sure. As long as meet the rest of the criteria, then race does not matter.
  • Yes, and I have.
  • not yet but if i wud have a chance yeah.. hmm i have a friends of different race (americans) and i find them nice though they are juz half americans and half of my country but basically they are more like americanized :p
  • My experience so far is that people are the same everywhere. Dating outside my supposed race would be hard - because I am a mutt. I've got a little bit of everything in me (and no you wouldn't believe it if you met me - because I have blond hair and blue eyes). I think I could date a non-mutt - even go all the way. I could also date any kind of non-mutt if they had that kind of witt and charm that I require - even without it one date would be alright. I am old enough and experienced enough to know that dating outside my race by appearance would bother some. But then I am also powerful and confident enough as a man to not give a damn. (As a side note I have dated outside my race-by-appeances)
  • yes, i've dated a human before, opps, that would be species. I dated a summer squash, she told me she was a crookneck but you can tell.
  • Yeah I dated a kiwi for a while - does that count? And then I married a pom - does that qualify?
  • oh yeah, is always good to look beyond your horizons...learn about other cultures besides yours...it will make you wiser and it will open your eyes to the wonderful, different things life has to offer...
  • If you are talking about physical appearance, I would date just about any race I think.
  • Sure. I would imagine most peeps we meet are not a "pure" race anyway- so no matter who you date, the person is prolly outside your own race, or as blended as your own.
  • Definately. However, I would take into account some of the prejudices we might meet. If her parents were very anti-white for exmaple, then they would put me off - cos you dont just date the person - you become part of their family in a good relationship. That doesnt mean you cant overcome their prejudices, but if there is someone else who you like without those issues... PS Im white, an atheist, and an English male and none of those things make me better or worse than you.
  • Are you referring to country or colour?
  • The different groups within the human race are ethnicities, not ‘races’. We are all part of one race, the human race. The concept of different human 'races' is a social construct; it has no place in biology. Quoted from me in a previous post.
  • Love is not only blind, but also ignorant, ignorant to such trivial matters as skin color or ethnic background, we have very little if any control over our emotions, unlike the shallow human....human emotion is deep and true.
  • Dated and married outside of my race. We've been married 21 years now.
  • Sure, why not? I tend to stay away from dating as a whole, but I geuss if I was going to, race wouldn't really matter too much.
  • Of course! I definitely would
  • Yes. I am right now.
  • I would date outside of my ethnicity, yes, which is what people generally consider race.
  • Yes. There are so many choices to chose from. My other half is European. Before her, I was open to others of different race and ethnicity.
  • I'm a hienz 57 same as a mutt. I'm italin,german,irish,portugese,american indian, and who knows what else.The race thing can't apply to me.LOL
  • I don't even know what my "race" is. I am of mixed ethnicity, and it's an unlikely mix, so I think that I'm forever doomed to date outside it.
  • Yes,I'm white and fell in love with a black woman,as I saw her as just a woman and never really noticed she was black.I also almost married an asian woman, and again I never noticed her race.If peolple can't see past someones race I truly feel sorry for them and what joys they miss in life by not experiencing others who seem foreign to themselves.
  • Yes, wouldn't worry me in the slightest, i am not raciast.
  • My husband-to-be is Dominican and I am a white American woman. I cannot say that color has no effect on who I'm attracted to, as for some reason I am attracted to darker skinned men. I believe that I am "color blind", but some people may believe that because I am white I am color blind to hide my shame. I recently watched a program on tv where an African-American man argued with a "white" woman about the racism and "black power" (his words not mine) in our country. I feel sad that people in our country today still feel left out and "shafted" because of their race when we are led to believe that racism is so much less of a problem than it was in the era of Dr.Martin Luther King Jr.
  • No, I'm mixed with latino, black, native american, and a little bit of white. So that pretty much leaves Asian. I'm kind of a tomboy so Asian guys, as with most boys I meet, just wind up being my friends.
  • Yes I would and have. I know this is terribly cliche' but it really is about who a person is inside. Love and acceptance cannot see race or color. There are no boundaries.
  • If I were a young single man, I would if I met someone I wanted to date. It would simply be a non-issue for me.
  • yes, i would, what does race have to do with love?
  • No,I would marry outside of my race lol, my husband is Puerto Rican!
  • Sure..and I have a beautiful biracial son.
  • If it led to a long-term commitment, then yes, I would date outside or inside of my culture and because I am wanting a serious relationship with a man that I would like to spend my life with. I don't think the 'race' issue comes into dating and because my interest is in the personality of the guy I am with and what sort of person he is like and if he and I are attracted to one another physically and otherwise. Unless I am dating his colour or race, then why would I be dating a man at all?. However, if I had a preference for a particular culture of man such as Russian for example, then maybe I am predjudiced even though I really like his personality and we are both sexually attracted to oneanother?. You can still like and be predjudiced. I see my race as being all - inside and outisde of it because there is only one race is there not? According to civilized humanity, we are all of one people and so my opinion is not what counts here.
  • Maybe.
  • Of course. You do not choose who you fall in love with. Love moves in mysterious ways.
  • Already have..
  • Yes. I am presently in a interracial relationship. We are do to be wedded in April 2007.
  • It would not be a problem to me to date outside of my ethnic background , so I guess my answer is yes I would.
  • Yes, if they were decent people.
  • yes i would, because i don't care what they look like on the outside.I only care about the inside.
  • Have, and if I'm ever single again, I may just, if it is someone I find attractive.
  • Yes, i think I would date a space alien. Hey,dude nice spaceship!! *wink wink*
  • Yes I would if I cared about her. Of my qualifications for a woman not one of them require that she be white or any other race.
  • I have and I would again. I'm not particular about skin color.
  • Since I do not date outside of my marriage of 30+ years, no. I would be killed at the least if I did. If not married, I would yes.
  • Absolutely I would! I have.
  • I would date outside my ethnicity, and I have. If you are clean, nice and meet other criteria, I will give you a chance. I will never date outside my species. I like humans. I forgot where people came up with the idea of different ethnicities or humans being a "race."
  • Sure. I am a citizen of the world. Bin their got the t-shirt. Bring on the aliens!
  • of course
  • What happens Happens but it hasn't happened yet that is i haven't dated outside of my "race", we could get technical with that as others have here but how i believe you mean i have only dated other Caucasians but also could be to where i live too due to there is a majority Caucasian that are of the same religion as i am, and as for religion it shouldn't matter unless it does for you and for me it does since my beliefs call for it for the highest. And i have just heard that if you date outside of your race/culture it can just be one more thing to work over but if you can all the power to you. True Love conquers all, only if it's True
  • Show me the money!
  • I hope I do.
  • I like the human race as a whole. Therefore if i get a nice lady i would definitely date her . Race never matter for me.
  • Yes I have no problem with that.

  • I think, if you are truelly in love with someone, race dosn´t matter. .. in matter afact, race shouldin matter! I HATE how people treat each other just because they have a different colour on their skin. it's just plain stupididty!
  • Although I never have, I don't see why not.
  • I can't wait till we're all just a blob of color and no one will be able to tell the difference in races ... I'll be dead then, but looking down and smiling. I date out of my race but don't intentionally date any specific race or avoid my own. I like who I like.
  • I have dated outside my race (or ethnic group for those politically correct) on a few separate ocations. Once it was a problem, due to difference in values, but on the others no.
  • iam taking this as a ethnic question and yes i have , in fact i was married to a native american, and he is the father of all of my kids . if you meant outside of the human race , then id have to say maybe depending on who he was .
  • yes, yes i would. Even tho My family doesnt agree with it, I am totally against them. I think we're all the same, and if 2 people of opposite races are in love... come on go for it!
  • yes, yes i would. Even tho My family doesnt agree with it, I am totally against them. I think we're all the same, and if 2 people of opposite races are in love... come on go for it!

  • I've never dated my own race... Mostly cuz I don't know too many Flip/Spic/Chinks...
  • I have dated outside my skin color, so what, big deal !!
  • I already have. Im majorly attracted to sexy black people.
  • I would, though my wife may have something to say about that...(What? It's a joke...Yeah, I know it's a bad joke...sheesh...touchy).
  • yes. I have dated outside my race once... I'm find that my own ethnicity probably can relate to me more as a culture but really i think that depends on where you are and what youare about. I really dont think it matters (skin color) i think it has to do with what you are looking for in an individual...
  • prolly not.. white'n'nerdy just does it for me.
  • Race doesn't matter as long as you are happy!;)
  • but of course... i like individuals regardless of race, class or gender. i don't see why we should limit ourselves at all!
  • yes because we all are from one person... GOD
  • yes, i would. i, personally do not think that the color of a persons skin has anything at all to do with the actual person......simple, enough.
  • yeah, race doesn't define a person.
  • Not unless I think it will go far. I'd wanna spare myself the ridicule. I guess it's a yes though. I don't think there's anything wrong with it though. It's my parents that will probably laugh and joke about it.
  • yes it really only broadens your outlook, nothing negative
  • yes it really only broadens your outlook, nothing negative Its no longer taboo in my opinion
  • Whether from a religious or scientific perspective, we are all descended from the same source...so we are all "brothers and sisters"...which means we are all related...so the concept "outside your race" doesn't make any sense to me.
  • I will date any woman no matter what her ethnic background was.
  • NEVER and do that to any potential kids I have? Born not to know in school if they should hang out with Lashika and Tyrome's group or with Steve and Susan's. I couldn't do that to a child.

  • Yes. If I were single, and, I have.
  • Yes, matter of fact that is what I am doing now. Although I do like the girls that are in my race.
