A stranger in public has toilet paper dragging from their shoe or worse, hanging out of their pants, Do you discreetly tell them? or just stay away and snicker? I have been in this scenario.

I am the type to tell someone that thier fly is down, or they have something in thier teeth, so yes I would tell them asap! I would hope that someone would tell me also!

i am very blunt, i would descretly pull them aside and let them know what was up.toilet paper,booger,fly down, undies tucked in to dress,food in teeth .spare them the embarassment of 100 more people seeing their boo boo.

I would be nervous about telling them, but I probably would in the end because I really hate when that happens.

Tell them as discreetly as possible. Unless, of course, for some reason they freaked me out, in which case I would ignore it. I try not to approach people who freak me out for no apparent reason.

I always do! Because I would want someone to tell me, no matter how embarassing it would be. I think I have gotten rather good at subtlly and understandingly telling people, I'm quite proud of it! My only talent, ladies and gentleman.

Yes I would. One day I saw a lady walking with the toilet seat cover sticking out of the back of her shorts. I told her and waited until I was outside before cracking up.
