Although I have not reviewed EVERY claim made by the author(s) of the website www.evilbible.com, as it is quite vast in its content, I have, however, found a few mistakes and misunderstandings that do, inevitably, lead them to false conclusions. Example #1: "A good man leaveth an inheritance to his children's children ..." - Proverbs 13:22 "Sell that ye have and give alms ..." - Luke 12:33 AND AGAIN ... "Blessed is the man that feareth the Lord ... Wealth and riches shall be in his house ..." - Psalms 112:1-3 "It is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle, than for a rich man to enter the kingdom of God." - Matthew 19:24 MISUNDERSTANDING: The author here has a basic misunderstanding of the difference between God BLESSING you with wealth, and CHASING AFTER wealth yourself. You see, the rich man in Matthew 19:16-22 was CHASING AFTER his own wealth, he was serving his money FIRST ... as he was unwilling to give it up for the sake of following Jesus Christ. Jesus said in Matthew 6:24 - "'No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and wealth.'" Example #2: "I and my father are one." - John 10:30 "... I go unto the Father: for my Father is greater than I." - John 14:28 [Jesus was the speaker in both of these quotes] MISUNDERSTANDING: The author here has a basic misunderstanding of the difference between Jesus being equal in QUALITY, NATURE & ESSENCE to the Father, but NOT in POSITION. Jesus submits to the Father, but is EQUAL to Him in QUALITY, NATURE & ESSENCE. Example #3: "For by grace are ye saved through faith... not of works." - Ephesians 2:8-9 "Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only." - James 2:24 MISUNDERSTANDING: The author is taking the quote from James 2:24 out of context ... lets expand a few verses back and a few verses forward ... James 2:14-26 - "What use is it, my brethren, if someone says he has faith but he has no works? Can that faith save him? If a brother or sister is without clothing and in need of daily food, and one of you says to them, "Go in peace, be warmed and be filled," and yet you do not give them what is necessary for their body, what use is that? Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead, being by itself. But someone may well say, "You have faith and I have works; show me your faith without the works, and I will show you my faith by my works." You believe that God is one. You do well; the demons also believe, and shudder. But are you willing to recognize, you foolish fellow, that faith without works is useless? Was not Abraham our father justified by works when he offered up Isaac his son on the altar? You see that faith was working with his works, and as a result of the works, faith was perfected; and the Scripture was fulfilled which says, "AND ABRAHAM BELIEVED GOD, AND IT WAS RECKONED TO HIM AS RIGHTEOUSNESS," and he was called the friend of God. You see that a man is justified by works and not by faith alone. In the same way, was not Rahab the harlot also justified by works when she received the messengers and sent them out by another way? For just as the body without the spirit is dead, so also faith without works is dead." So what is James saying here? He is saying that if you THINK you have faith, but your faith does not produce works OUT OF THE LOVE OF GOD THAT IS NOW IN YOU, then you DO NOT have faith ... your faith is dead. You are NOT saved by works, but by faith ... but a faith that does not produce works is dead and can't save you. Get it? Paul wrote in Galatians 2:16 - "... nevertheless knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the Law but through faith in Christ Jesus, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, so that we may be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the Law; since by the works of the Law no flesh will be justified." AND in Ephesians 2:8-10 - "For by grace you have been saved through faith; and that not of yourselves, it is the gift of God; not as a result of works, so that no one may boast. For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them." Thus, we are saved by GRACE through FAITH in Christ Jesus ... which should naturally produce good works. There is not contradiction. Example #4: "Whosoever shall say Thou fool, shall be in danger of hellfire." - Matthew 5:22 [Jesus said] "Ye fools and blind." - Matthew 23:17 MISUNDERSTANDING: The word used in Matthew 5:22 is rhaka {rhak-ah'} (Strong's Number 4469) which means: "empty, i.e. a senseless, empty headed man" and was also a term of contempt and was considered a curse word in Hebrew and Aramaic. The word used in Matthew 23:17 is moros {mo-ros'} (Strong's Number 3474) which means: "foolish, impious, godless" and TO MY KNOWLEDGE (leaving room for error) does not carry a connotation of a curse word like rhaka does. These are just a few examples of how one could BEGIN with a false assumption and then END with a false conclusion. There is ALLOT of information on www.evilbible.com and this is HARDLY an attempt to disprove everything on the site ... I only wanted to attempt to expose a few of their mistakes and a few of their false conclusions. Thank you.

No. Evil Bible has made a couple of mistakes here and there, but one underlying truth has not been proven against: Why won't God Heal Amputees?

Well take any literature and you'll find things that can be taken in any way just like some people that claim to have been lead to kill by catcher in the rye. The bible has been changed and is itself a double translation from the origianl (now lost) hebrew to greek (only fragments remain) and then to latin again in bad repair. Add to that years of changing and you've got something not quite useful. Another thing is language is not logical which is where atheists get hit with a brick as you can be as logical as you like but you cannot transfer ideas in their entirety to another language without loss.
