  • Glowing healthy skin begins with the proper diet. Green tea will also keep you well hydrated. I'd eat some blueberries, fish , nuts, even artichokes. Just eat antioxidant rich foods that will, protect the skin from damage and fatty acids, that will keep the cell membranes healthy. I'd get a good nights sleep, then in the morning get into a good cleansing routine, that will give you a nice rosy complection. Your skin will look nice and smooth as well. I have dry skin. So my skin reacts best, to cleansing creams.

  • Drink at least 2 liters of water a day because water evaporates from our skin and it is required to continuously refill the body with water, otherwise skin becomes dry and saggy. Other thing you can try lemons which are easily available. They are rich in vitamin C, vitamin B and phosphorous. Just take 2 teaspoons of lemon juice with 2 teaspoons of sugar, add them and apply on the face, scrub in circular motion and leave it for 10 minutes. Then rinses with warm water and do thrice in a week for better results.

  • In my point of view, avoid synthetic stuffs on your skin. These are enriched with synthetic molecules that can cause some side effects or can create some sign of premature skin aging.   • Apply tomato, potato, and cucumber skin to your face, consume plenty of water, and consume food rich in antioxidants.
  • Leave it as is. It's not a good idea to keep your partner awake all night with glowing skin.

  • Well, I don't recommend it, but radiation treatments turned my skin a glowing red... with blisters and cracks, weeping and oozing and it hurt every time I moved for about three or four weeks. Just how bad did you want your skin to 'glow'?
