Is it proper for my neighbor to blow or rake leaves back into my yard that have fallen into their yard from my trees?

It's not improper. If I were going to be blowing or raking leaves I'd just make the leap and pick them up. Bet your neighbor enjoys the shade your tree throws. You should blow or rake the leave too, keep it friendly and fair.

Unfortunately, you can't control whose leaves fall where. If they're in my yard, I rake them up. I think it's really tacky to blow them all back where you THINK they came from. We live on a golf course and I end up raking leaves from every tree on it at one time or another. That's life!!
