  • Yes as you have a legal contract to do so. Unless your contract specifically says "repairs must be done by x days" you are at their mercy. However, this does not mean you should not be contacting the landlord or his agency everyday until you get a date for the repair to be done. Don't be stupid getting it repaired yourself, as then you will be liable for the damage and the cost as well as breach of contract.
