• It's ok I can use a little fat.
  • I gain weight, when I don't eat.
  • I tend not to eat because i'll be going to bed and i hate having food in my belly when i sleep because i think it gives me bad dreams. Im not sure about the fat thing, maybe depending on what you eat.
  • I usually have a snack in bed. If I drank water I'd be waking up all night needing the loo.

  • Drinking a lot of water before bed means getting up during the night and ruining my sleep. If I am hungry late at night, I eat something light. A peach or a bowl of blueberries never made anyone fat and I'm particularly fond of munching on frozen blueberries while watching late night tv.
  • Don't drink water, you'll just get hungry again and you'll have to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.Tea is not much better, but something warm can help you sleep, or hot milk (again, for all of these you'll have to use the restroom). Have something light, fruit. Chew gum. I personally enjoy grapefruit juice. There are places that sell little containers that you pour liquid in, they have covers that you place over them. You put them in the freezer and then you have a popsicle. The cover become the popsicle stick. You remove the popsicle from the container. Milk is nice or fruit juice for that kind of thing. Also you can have some fruit juice mixed with sparkling water. Hmm.. I guess most of these things will result in getting out of bed in the middle of the night. But it won't just go through you and you will less likely suddenly decide in the middle of the night that water wasn't enough and you need to order a large pizza.
  • If I am that hungry I will eat something light because it isn't good to go to bed right after eating a meal. Usually I will wait until morning unless I am truly hungry.
  • Well I the last time I'll usually eat is at 7pm but then again I fall asleep at like 3:45am <.< I do drink a lot of water though and I'm 5'5'' and weigh 116 so I guess I'm not doin' too bad for someone who's supose to be FAT O.o the best advice i can is to control you're cravings. Whenever I crave something I drink a tall glass of water, wait 15min. and if I still want it, I'll go get it. but most of the time I lose interest so yeah *shrugs*

  • If I'm hungry, I eat. It really doesn't matter what time it is. Also, eating three hours before bed is not going to make you fat. Eating more calories than you burn will make you fat.
  • Neither. Eat better throughout the day in the first place. Eat less sugar and carb laden food too as this is what makes you "feel hungry" at the wrong times.
  • i take meds that upset my stomach so i might snack a little
