I had no idea there was a mad rush to hit that number. :) Learn something new everyday. I am sure those who knew about it and ask many questions were trying to be the lucky one.

If they are its so juvenile. Senseless questions just bring down the standard of the site and sometimes your reputation as an asker of good questions takes a massive drubbing because of such banality.

I must have missed something as I didn't post any questions at all on 9/30/08. I see nothing wrong with people posting many questions at any time so long as the questions are good. Perhaps if someone gets credit for posting the 1,000,000th question, it will give that person their 15 minutes worth of fame.
