Help answer this question below.

i have no clue what i want to do in life anymore.i'm not retired or anything i just dont know. how can i make up my mind?? What should i do?

    Do not pressure yourself or let others (if they do) make you feel as though you should know. Not everyone knows at the same points in their lives. I did not go into nursing until I was 26. Do something you enjoy for now.. and look over college course books to see if something looks interesting to you. Do not stress.. it will come to you.

    I would suggest some sort of volunteer work. There is nothing like helping others to lift your spirits.

    Practice stillness.

    Stillness is not like meditation. You're not trying to do anything in particular. Just sit quietly, in a comfortable position, without distraction. Any time you find your mind drifting, pull it back and concentrate on your own body. Think about your breathing, your heartbeat, the sense of your own skin, blinking of your eyes. Sit passively within yourself and just wait.

    If you are patient and still enough, the Universe will very quietly answer to your unspoken question and you'll know where the path of your Tao lies.
