The ones I remember are: Romeo and Juliet, Julius Caesar, Hamlet, To Kill A Mockingbird, Hiroshima, and another one that I really wish I could remember the name of. The plot involved a young half indian/half white boy whom they try to force to fit in with whites. I remeber at one point he is a rodeo rider. Then, when he returns to his tribe later in life he find that he can no longer fit in there. Very sad book. If anyone knows what book I'm talking about, comment with title, please.

I remember having to read Great Expectations, Romeo and Juliet (which I hated; I don't get what's so poetic about a couple of horny teen offing themselves, but whatever), MacBeth (which was so much better), Animal Farm, 1984, Lord of the Flies, Huckleberry Finn... and probably more, but I didn't pay much attention in high school.

The only one I can remember that was NOT listed so far is Grapes of Wrath.
