Assuming you have a PS2 with a network adapter, your best bet is to get a router with a built-in switch. This way you can just wire up your PS2 direct to the router and you won't need to have your laptop running all the time simply to have an internet connection. For example, this ADSL modem-router is wireless enabled and has 4 switch ports. http://www.lambda-tek.com/componentshop/index.pl?origin=gbase29.4&prodID=B34352 Obviously you'll need a modem / router that is compatible with the specific service you have from your ISP.

You can't connect it wirelessly. It has to be a wired connection. I have been on several sites that state this. I's a bummer.
