Do you like the doctors in your town, or would you rather drive 30-45 minutes to the city to see someone who might be better? (NOT saying those in the towns around cities are bad at all...)

I have never used the MD's in my home town. I drive 45 minutes to see my family doctor even though I can't afford the fuel. He's been my MD for years and I love him. There are not a lot of competant doctors around here and so i stick with one I know is competant. I have been with mine long enough that he will call in my meds without me having to go in for a visit every month so that helps a LOT

My current doctor is about 30 minutes away from where I live, though I only go once every other year or so. There are hundreds of doctors closer, I just prefer to stick with who I know.

I only use one Doctor and I thinks she great and just around the corner.

The doctors in this town are good enough for me. On a rare occasion I may have to see a specialist and have to go to a big town.

There are only two doctors who practice in my town. They are husband and wife. I like my doctor and I wouldn't think of seeing another who is further away.

I live in a very small town, where everyone knows everybody and so while I take my children to to the local DR., I go to a DR. about 40 minutes away in a large city. The biggest reason is just privacy. I know that there is suppose to be confidentiality but with my first pregnancy, my OB DR. who had went to school with my mother in law, happened to run into her and asked if she was excited about having her first grandchild, thankfully we had told her the day before that we were expecting, but if we hadn't?!?!?! That was when I knew that I had to go elsewhere.

I like the doctors in my town but I do have to drive about 27 minutes to the next town to see a doctor that has privileges at the hospital that I work at. If I had to go into the hospital, it would be at the hospital where I work. The doctor that I used to have has also moved her practice to the town that I work in. But, if the hospital didn't make a difference, I would rather drive the 30-45 minutes to see a doctor that I liked.

I go to a doctorist.His name is "Pillman".He has a certificate on his wall saying he graduated from Aardvark University.I trust him muchly.
