Are some people actualy pleasant and cheerful naturaly, or does everyone have to make such an effort to be nice?

yes there are, it's not my case but one of my friend, men, she's just always in the right mood, always the right answer (not the smart one but the right one). I'm nice whenever I feel like but I know that if I don't feel like being nice for long something is really bothering me and I have to do something about it.

Some may have a natural inclination, but even they must choose to be cheerful and, having chosen, most of the work is done. Once a person discovers that real joy comes from bringing joy to others, it becomes more fun than an amusement park to lift people up as a way of life.
