Help answer this question below.

My outboard had new carb. kit just installed, has new lines, new tank, but the fuel pump has a seal with little holes or worn out, i ran it 2 days ago and it ran smooth for a while and started to like choke. What could it be?

    Depending on your brand of motor. Mercury had fuel pumps with small "nickle" sized rubber check valves in them. With a leak in one of those it could cause engine to have choking condition. If you know you have bad parts in fuel pump get a repair kit and rebuild fuel pump.
