Yes, I might have even done that after learning something new.
-
Yes, I have, and it's getting not just weird, but spooky.
-
sure, but i would hardly expect a person's opinions to remain the same forever. time and experiences change and influence everything.
-
Yes, but don't you want that to happen as people learn and grow? There are a lot of young users on the website. I hope their positions and opinions develop and change as they get older.
-
Yeah. I'm sure I probably have between last August, and now. I've grown up a bit, my perspective and opinions and stuff are just sort of changing naturally. I think.
-
yeah, thats learning for ya!

You know... I do tend to vacillate sometimes with the way I feel about things. Even in my general over all personality. I have always been what others consider flighty and not very sure of myself as a result. But that couldn't be farther from the truth. I am very well established with myself and have become so comfortable with myself that I learned to be able to see the benefit in everything and the merit in all opinion. I tend to fence sit sometimes because sometimes things shouldn't ever be as black and white as others like to make them. For me, I feel more comfortable walking a fence than I do robbing myself of the perspective of the other side of the one I chose to stand on. Most people argue with others over opinion, because being so adamant about their own position, they lack the other perspective and they argue to experience something without having to commit to it. I have never felt that way with anything. I see the benefits of most things unless I am knee deep in the moment and in the situation on an emotional level myself. Then I tend to defend... But I believe that is human nature and even that is something I work on.

Wishi-Washi people. They are everywhere. My 2 cents.
-
Too new to have made that observation.
-
if we didnt constantly change our opinions, listen to others ideas and take others perils into consideration can you imagine what our planet and our existance would be like?
-
Walt Whitman did that too! He wrote: "I contradict myself. I am large. I contain multiples."
-
Have YOU ever noticed that every single human on this earth changes their opinions/perspective from time to time?
-
Yep. I think it's human nature to change your ideas on things. Sometimes it might be a permanent shift, or other times it might be temporary because something is happening in their lives, or because they've learned something new and have yet to consolidate it with what they already believe.
-
Then you must of noticed my change as soon as McCain announced his running mate..............
