jeez, without having the nutrition facts I vote the taco bell junk. Unless they're deep fried. The chicken is deep friend, and covered in a gooey, sugary sauce and served with starchy rice....the taquitos aren't the best thing, but at least the corn tortillas are good for you and not loaded with too many calories. And, the guac, if it really has any avacados in it, is great for you! But really, eww.

Healthy would be skinless chicken breast, potatoes and broccoli or peas.. but if you're having that, can I have the stuff you just said?

Neither one is very healthy. Why not whip up couple of grill cheese sandwiches with a side of some radishes, and celery and carrot sticks? It's quick and easy. ;-)

I'd go for the taquitos, providing they are made with the corn tortillas and not flour. Avocado is very healthy. Sesame chicken can be loaded with fat, sugar, salt. Now, poached chicken would be the healthiest, of course..but you have to do that at home! :) Happy Tuesday! :)
