I think she could have chosen Harry Reid or Charles Schummer, or other top Democratic leaders of the house or senate. I don't think she would have chosen Obama. He is way too charismatic and would have overshadowed her. She has a really strong personality so she would need a softer spoken vp to allow her to rule the roost.
