Life is so unfair and harsh. What are some things you do to relax and calm all the stress and/or things to clear your mind and regain focus?

Life is what you decide to make of it. If you're going to sit back and let everyone in the world walk all over you, you'll be miserable. If someone is doing something you don't like, it's up to you to let that person know what your opinion is. Here's what I do: 2 days each week I do volunteer work. It's a reality check. I counsel and mentor other folks who are presently going through the same challenges I went through. I read, cook, go fishing/crabbing, take walks, date, and spend time with my friends and family.
