WE people seek perfection in an IMperfect world because we all desire perfection.

I don't know. I stopped a few years ago because it is useless to seek something that we KNOW isn't perfect.

Because many people sincerely believe they are perfect and the fault lies with others. Seriously! So you seek someone just like you..of course others look at you and reject you because they see so many imperfections in you...and so it goes! :)

Parents encourage children to do the right things. If the parents, family or society push that pressure too hard or if the child's personality is thus when they are born, it results in a "perfectionist."
