  • Oh sure! I still miss an old Foghat T-shirt that I've grown to realize is never coming back from the cleaners.
  • Yeah, my favorite jean jacket on the back of a chair at the mall in the 90's, plus a pair of chinos that were stolen out of the dryer last summer...
  • I had this gorgeous dress that i tossed into the washing machine with some coloured clothes. You may be able to guess what happened next. I had just worn in once and then had to throw it away because it had blotchy spots all over it that just wouldnt come out!
  • Yes, I had a pretty pink sweater that I only wore once and I felt great in it and it was really soft. I loved it. My mother accidentally washed and shrunk it. It was hard to get over the loss of that sweater.
  • Yes, a vintage tuxedo with tails that had been tailored down to my size. It disappeared during a move.
  • Yes. I spent a year in Iraq with men I trusted with my life with. Then once we were back home one of them stole a GoreTex parka from me. There were eight uf us in the room and no way to prove who took it. It was a huge dissapointment. Not just the loss of my Parka but the loss of trust in them.
  • My favorite pair of jeans. I had patches on top of patches until I couldn't patch them anymore. I buried them at sea. Thanks for the memories.
  • Yes I had a blouse and skirt I had made and loved wearing for special occasions, and it had been made from material from another favorite outfit of my past. So the fabric was not something I could ever replace since it was very old. Then someone broke into our car and stole everything they could from inside it when we were at a concert far from home, a concert we had traveled to and hadn't gotten to check into our motel yet. All our clothes and tools and other things were in the van and they took it all, even some dirty laundry lol!

  • My favorite shirt.
  • No, but I've mourned the loss of an old shoe. It was very, very dear to me and we were very, very close
  • Yes many times. The most recent was a pair of Red or Dead Chelsea Boots. I have loved them for years and they finally went past the point of no return. I was heartbroken.
