Yes, because I found many great answers from one user and it feels bad not being able to reward them. :(

that rule has actually never affected me. i guess it's a good thing to prevent too much trolling and to prevent too much cheating if someone has two accounts.

I have been limited a a few occasion for a couple of users. Mostly when I was on the bag heavily for a few days, and working my friends list. I understand the reasoning behind it though, it doesn't effect me enough to want it repealed.

If you care about a points competition, yes. I could care less. I answer questions that I either know the answer or just find amusing. And yes, there are a few times that I have not been allowed to give more points. Guess those people amuse me.:)

There are many great users, with great questions and answers, that I "run out of points for"
-
Yes. I like to follow my friends' questions and answers and rate them for it, so many times I find myself running out of points for them..
-
I am currently out of points for 6 of my friends which suck.
-
Yes, I have frequently run out of points on weeks where I have heavy activity. What would it matter if we gave more points anyway?
-
yes !! here is a question i recently asked about such a thing. http://www.answerbag.com/q_view/979181

The purpose was to prevent people from pointing up their friends endlessly. However, many very very "clever" people create multiple identities and do this anyway..so it only penalizes those of us who are honest, only have one identity and don't hide behind multiple personas. I am limited constantly because I support my friends and they support me..so we answer one anothers' questions and run out of points. Big deal! That is fine with me..sometimes it's annoying as he** because it is like being in jail..but its one of the rules here and I am one who follows rules even if I don't always think they are reasonable. :)
