Brush without it, and hope I have mouth wash for after. If not, water will do, but toothpaste is more for feel good than anything. It really does very little for your teeth in general.
-
buy toothpaste. I've run out befgore work and just brought my toothbrush with me and bought some near work and brushed there.
-
Brush with water then mouthwash.
-
I haven't tried it, but you can use baking soda

Use mouthwash. Curse my previous employer for selling their dentifrice division, it was nice to be able to stock up on cheap toothpaste at the company store.

Get baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, there you go. Though for flavor you could probably add some extracts like vanilla or mint if you had them.

Try to find the baking soda... If I can't find it, bar soap (yes... I'm washing my own mouth out with soap)... You're not supposed to swallow it anyway, and bar soap tastes like sh-t! ;-) (Might be best to use Ivory, if you have it. Fewer additives.) Barring that, simply brushing your teeth with your wet toothbrush is better than nothing. ;-)
-
If it's nighttime, I just mouthwash and get toothpaste in the morning. If it's morning, I use baking soda, maybe some tic tacs during the day, and stop off for toothpaste on the way home.
-
If there is nothing possible that could be done, for example no mouth wash, no baking soda, not sure about the soap part, then i would just give my mouth a VERY good rinse with water a couple of times.
-
Use common salt
-
Use baking soda as a stand by...

Steal some of my room mates or go and buy some more.

In such a situation I use salt instead of toothpaste and I also enjoy it very much?

Use my Shaving cream.

Well, if you are unable to go buy more. I would take some mouthwash and put it in my mouth and brush with the mouthwash.

First I would floss really well, then I would use baking soda, salt or mouthwash, and then get to the store as soon as I can.

Baking soda, however, per my dentist this is TOO abrasive....but I guess once can't hurt!

Use baking Soda....natural abrasive to clean the tartar off the teeth and also to neutralize bacteria that can cause bad breath. Then you can run out and buy some toothpaste and not offend anyone you may fun into before you accomplish your task..... LOL
-
I rarely use toothpaste, anyway. My dentist told me the act of brushing with a tiny bit of mouthwash, several times a day is the most important part. The toothpaste is not necessary.
-
My dentist says toothpaste is useless. I stopped using it altogether.
-
"I still brush, regardless!!"
-
Walk my happy ass to the store to get some more!
-
use baking soda, or salt, or just mouth wash. save yourself from trouble-- go buy in the store a new one.
-
One of the oldest substitutes for toothpaste is a mixture of plain old baking soda and salt. I find the salt to be "to taste".
-
Feed her the garlic and tell her that her breath stinks far too much for physical contact tonight. And she may as well go home.....home forever too at that, the stinky lady!

If I ran out, I would use my roommate's toothpaste...haha. if for some reason he ran out I guess i'd have to pop a piece of gum and run to the store to get more.

Look around for one of those small tubes that the dentist gives me. They are like a spare tire. I only use it till i buy another big tube.

I take a washrag with mouthwash, put that on the terry cloth washrag and literally wash the inside of my mouth, tongue, and teeth. It works.
