98 Merc Mountaineer. Instrument cluster lights on spedo, fuel gage, temp, etc. not working. When headlights are on, 4WD High/Low, cruise control indicators turn off--they turn back on with the headlights off. Changed the bulbs and headlight switch.No good

have you checked terminal 4 red/black wire in connector c287 for voltage and terminal 8 red/black connector c286 for voltage also check your grounds
