  • Calms. You can get them from the supermarket or chemist. I'm not sure if they have them in America though, but I'm sure there will be a similar sort of thing. Otherwise just take deep breaths, you'll be fine.
  • There is nothing that you could take to make you safe to drive, but I would recommend that you do not drink anything with caffiene, and get plenty of rest. Have someone go with you for support. It is so normal to be nervous. I was, but no matter what buckle up before you start the car, or they will deduct points. Adjust your mirrors, and look in all of them before you back out, they look for that too. When turning onto a road, at a stop sign, look both ways twice. Good luck to you!
  • just dont think that it is the examiner sat at the side of you. just think that you are taking your friend out for a drive and he/she is telling you where to go. take deep breaths and dont think about the test before hand. JUST DONT FORGET TO SHOW UP !!! lol
  • all you can really do is wait for the moment and know it will be fine. normally people have increased anxiety before an event, when the event is actually taking place, it all goes away! so don't worry, you will do fine and you'll see once you are taking the test you will be in tip-top shape! oh, and don't take anything with caffeine, or stimulants... that will help calm you down... until the day i would recommend, valerian root and melissa herb.
  • Try this it worked for me, just dont do too much as it does contain minimal alcohol, it is allowed.
