Some people don't have the talent to do their own work and have to steal others work. I'd be pissed and tell him so, he's a thief, some friend but not for long.

you should feel angry about it. Your art is your own. It may be of the highest compliment that he plagerized your work but it is not in your best interest. Tell him how you feel and encourage him to work on his own talents.
