It's a sleeping disorder and i'm afraid that it's not healthy. Poor night's sleep is not good for your physical and mental health. If you can't fix it yourself you better see a doctor/-

I dont think your crazy and i dont think its unhealthy, but idk who i am to say that, but i do the same thing, i sleep every other day, other wise i will fall asleep and not wake up until 3pm and ill miss school and stuff, as long as it works for you i say just do it for now if you cant sleep you night as well do somthing productive

I went to my doc because I was doing the same thing. Enlightened lady that she is, after running tests she told me to listen to my body. I now sleep when my body when my body lets me and take the odd power nap of ten minutes during the day if I need it.

That must be all the sleep your body needs, and if it works for you then that's great!!!
