are you eating in the evening. Just eating something light will make you sleep better and deeper and therefore be well rested when waking up. I always feel hung over if I eat too late.

coffee! thats my 1st recommendation. i do french press, but maybe you need drip coffee on timer. my second bit of advice is stretching ~ try doing some in bed before you get up ~ itll get the circulation going. third, head straight into the shower as soon as you get up. a hot shower will greatly increase circulation and wake you up faster. lastly, eat dinner a few hours before you go to bed and try to do at least 15 minutes of cardio exercise in the early evening ~ itll help you sleep better.
