HOW CAN I MAIL HOME MADE BROWNIES SO THEY DON'T SPOIL? IT WILL TAKE ABOUT 2 -3 WEEKS TO RECV PACKAGE.

Try making normal brownies but vacuum seal them before posting.

send the mix in a jar with instructions and a pan - let them bake and enjoy

2 to 3 weeks? Ah, you must be sending them to Iraq (just a guess). Seal them very, very well with plastic wrap and then freeze them. Then put them in a few plastic bags with twist ties. Keep the as sterile as possible by handling them with new clean latex or nitrile gloves. Let them cool under a few sheets of paper towel. With all the above they should hold up quite well.
