I can't find a url for you, but things in industry are just bigger than at home. If they are going to cream butter and sugar, they will use an industrial blender (a bigger version of a food processor that you would use at home). I haven't honestly seen one, but from what I have seen from my work in the food industry i feel this will be pretty close.

Agree with what keith_tani said. My job as a teenager was in a cafeteria at a hospital. When helping to prepare foods we used mixers that were about 2-3 times larger than what you would find at home. It probably all gets creamed the same way just in industrial it would be larger quantities at a time.
