Well, you are going to have to be more specific about what you are trying to say, because the word PLAN in Hebrew closer to the word to program or a programme. Verb - ×œ×ª×›× ×Ÿ Noun - ×ª×›× ×™×ª Then the word perfect is either the word for full or the word for without flaw. Full - ×ž×•×©×œ× Without fault (flawless) - ×œ×œ× ×¤×’× Also, realize that Hebrew is precise, and to use the word born would be incorrect usage and therefore only something you would see as a metaphor. A plan would be normally thought or created. (Hebrew has precise verbs, while English doesn't. Which explains why so many English speakers think that the verb for "to walk" is actually the English "to go" and end up walking by airplane, by car and by bus in Hebrew, when they mean to "go by airplane", which would be "to fly" in Hebrew.
